ABOUT ME

Karl grew up in Merseyside kicking about, hanging around and sometimes skating where he took photos of his mates for fun. He was all set to become a brick layer but that didn't work out because he didn't know anyone on the course so he sacked it off and signed up to a photography course where he was introduced to the prospect of someone actually teaching him how to use a camera so all his photos aren't either over or underexposed.  He studied Art and Travel and Tourism as well but that went wrong when he realised he didn't care about the travel industry or the fact he couldn't paint so decided to teach himself how to edit.  Made a couple of short films with his mates and buzzed off it. Took a photography job which introduced him to people who wanted videos making so he made them for them.
